How much does a pardon cost?

The government fees associated with applying for a pardon are:

  • RCMP fingerprinting - $75 (approximately)

  • Parole Board filing fee - $50

Court and local police record fees are included in our price. Our clients can expect to pay, on average, $750 for us to prepare, file and monitor the status of their pardon application.

What is the cost of an e-Safe waiver application?

RCMP fingerprinting will approximately cost $75 and the CBP filing fee is US$ 1,100.

Court fees will be included in our price which, like a pardon, can cost $750 on average.

We prepare, file and monitor the status of the application until it’s approved.

Are your services guaranteed?

Yes. If your application is denied, we’ll reapply on your behalf and we won’t charge you our service fee.

That being said, government disbursements are extremely expensive and we would never carelessly throw your money away if we felt that your application would be denied.

With nearly 20 years of experience, we’d provide you with a detailed explanation regarding the strength of your request and the likely outcome.
